You Could Buy Neverland Ranch for Only $100 Million!

The mysterious and expansive Neverland Ranch is finally on the market. The property has been completely renovated since it’s famous owner’s passing. In an effort to put the past behind this famous property, the brokerage listing the property has decided to refer to it as Sycamore Valley Ranch, but there is no mistaking it is Neverland Ranch.
The property address is 5225 Figueroa Mountain Road, Los Olivos, CA, 93441. Approximately 2,698 acres, this expansive estate features a main residence of 12,598 sqft. with 6 bedrooms, a large first floor master suite and a private loft with 2 master baths. The home also has 4+ fireplaces, a wine cellar and library. The property also features extensively landscaped gardens highlighted by a 4-acre lake complete with a large, tiered waterfall. There is also a generous covered outdoor barbecue area, pool with pool house and tennis court, three separate guest homes, an approx. 5,500-sq.ft. movie theater with stage, several barns, animal shelter facilities, corrals and a maintenance shop.
Despite the marketing team’s attempt to downplay the famous home’s past, the property still has many distinctive elements of the famous Neverland Ranch. There is still a large animal area with barn, previously referred to as the zoo, and a lone llama still resides there. Michael Jackson had commissioned an outbuilding modeled after the station house at DisneyLand. There is a large Neverland Ranch clock topiary, bright and striking, grown along a steep hillside framing the station house.
The property is available now for the bargain price of $100 million. For more information and to see additional pictures view the listing from Sotheby’s International Realty.
